Phil Cameron

Canadian national Phil Cameron is currently the Executive Chef at the German ambassadors residence in Ottawa. Chef Cameron has been cooking professionally for over 10 years following the professional training he obtained at La Cité Collégial’s culinary management program. His focus is on classical French cuisine and leading his team of cooks.

Fresh Ingredient, Tasty Meals

Chef Cameron, specializes in traditional French cuisine, Italian, Middle Eastern and  classic German dishes.

He has templates for 3 course meals but can also cater to your tastes by making custom meals for you and your guests.

Chef Cameron takes into consideration all dietry requirements including allergies, intolerances, dietry preferences based on taste and or religious beliefs.

Cajun Tataki Tuna

Cajun Tataki tuna steak with deep fried mushrooms, sautéed soya sauce bock Choy and a edamame wasabi puree
