Fettuccine pasta with a choice of ragu sauce, carbonara sauce or pesto sauce with an oven baked parmesan crusted chicken breast

Biscotti with Coffee gelato

Vegan/Vegetarian Menu :

Watermelon gazpacho with balsamic reduction and garlic croutons (feta cheese if preferred) or seasonal fruit and vegetable garden salad

Main :

Hearty quinoa and vegetable salad with legumes or halloumi for protein (preference required)

Creamy white chocolate cashew dessert with cherry coulis
