freshest local ingredients available seasonally. He has tremendous
respect for the hard working farmers in the region.

Chef Phil Offers a 3-6 course meal for 2-20 people in the comfort of your
home. He also offers a wine pairing service perfectly paired to every dish.
Chef Phil caters small weddings and Canapé reception.

Chef Phil is very conscious about your guests food restrictions, allergies
and preferences. Vegan and Vegetarian options available.

Seasonal Special:

 

First course :

Maple squash soup with Goat cheese and spinach tortellini.

Main course :

Collective choice between
1) Pan seared Duck breast on a bed of creamy garlic confit mashed potatoes, Cranberry and beet purée, Pan fried Brussel sprouts and mini stuffing loaf
or
2) 24 hour sous vide short ribs on a bed of creamy garlic confit mashed potatoes, with sweet rum glaze carrots, decadent beef sauce and crispy fried shallots

Pallet Cleanser course :

Tangerine dream, a beautiful citrusy sorbet served with Candied tangerine and Cointreau

Dessert:

White chocolate blondie with Dark chocolate mint mousse and raspberry coulis
